Your right of withdrawal

You may cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you (or someone you appointed, other than the carrier) received the last item of your order, without giving a reason. This is your right under the Consumer Rights Directive and article 6:230o of the Dutch Civil Code.

How to cancel

  1. Tell us within the 14 days. An email to info@doncorvino.com saying you want to withdraw is enough. You may use the model form below but do not have to. Your return request is confirmed by email the same working day.
  2. Send the item back within 14 days of telling us. The address is Rentmensell, Lingenstraat 1, 2953 CG Alblasserdam, Netherlands. Keep the proof of postage until the refund is in.
  3. We refund within 14 days of receiving the item back, or of you showing us proof that you sent it, whichever is first. We refund everything you paid including the standard shipping cost, using the same payment method you used. If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our standard one, we refund the standard cost. If you return only part of a multi-item order, shipping is refunded only when the whole order comes back.

Return shipping

You pay the cost of sending the item back. Within the Netherlands this is about €4–7 with PostNL. If the item is faulty, the return is on us.

Trying on is fine, wearing is not

You may handle and try on the clothes the way you would in a shop. If an item comes back worn, washed, altered, smelling of smoke or perfume, or without its labels, in a way that reduces its value beyond what trying on would do, we may deduct that loss from the refund and will tell you how much and why. Underwear and socks sealed for hygiene cannot be returned once the seal is broken. Items made to your personal specification cannot be returned (art. 6:230p Civil Code).

Exchanges

We do not run a separate exchange process. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size you want; that is the quickest route for both of us. If the size you need is sold out, email us and we hold one for you where we can.

Faulty items

A faulty item is not a withdrawal but a guarantee claim, and the rules above about return costs do not apply: email us with a photo and we arrange and pay for the return. See the terms of sale, section 8.

Model withdrawal form

This is the form prescribed in Annex I(B) of the Consumer Rights Directive. Complete and return it only if you wish to withdraw from the contract. Copy it into an email or print it.
